The sealant is most affected by thermal expansion and contraction in the bonding and sealing of the lamps shell structure, especially in large lamps, where the coefficient of linear expansion of different materials varies greatly, and thermal expansion and contraction is constantly pulled, and cracks are very likely to appear. Therefore, the water resistance of the material waterproof design mainly depends on the circuit board potting.
The production process of material waterproofing is long, 1 gluing solidification cycle takes 24 h, some product design is more complex, and even requires 2 to 3 gluing cycle, resulting in a long shipping cycle, a large number of occupied production sites, and the production environment is dirty. It is troublesome to return the product after the gel solidifies.
