2. a. Screw the conductor introduced into the terminal and inside the terminal screw (if any) tightly enough to prevent the conductor from easily changing its position.
b. Use the flexible wire fixing frame in the conventional way, first have vernier calipers to measure the diameter of the flexible wire fixing frame screws, and then tighten the clamping screws with a hand batch according to the specified 2/3 torque.
3. Make a mark on the wire about 20mm from the flexible wire fixing frame, and then fix the sample to be tested on the test equipment.
4. Turn on the power of the equipment to set the number of tension (25 times) and torque time (60s).
5. Place the selected weight on the hook on the left side of the device.
6. Press the "Start" button on the operation panel to conduct the tension test. After the test is completed, remove the test sample and make a mark on the wire about 20mm away from the flexible wire fixing frame before loosening the fixing frame screw.
7. Test completed, using vernier calipers to measure the distance shifted by the first and twenty-fifth pull.
During the tension test, after the test sample is fixed, it should be marked at 20mm from the flexible wire fixing frame before and after the test in order to measure the sample shift distance before and after. In the application of pressure can not pull hard, each time 1s and in the torque test, nylon rope need to be around the outer surface of the sleeve three times.
