-Incoming Quality Control(IQC) Standard:

Incoming Quality Control (IQC) is mainly divided into the following major items:

Material:

Check whether the incoming materials have the corresponding certification report and the samples signed by the technical department. If any materials, samples are missing or the samples are discolored or damaged, please ask the technical department to re-sign the materials/samples.

Data:

Check whether the supplier has a corresponding and qualified shipment inspection report. Materials that do not meet this requirement will not be inspected.

Package:

1. The packing box is not damaged or dirty, and the materials are arranged in an orderly manner without damage

2. The material number and quantity of the inside & outside of the packaging box are consistent with the inside and outside of the box.

3. The packaging method is reliable and will not cause material damage or scattering

Quantity:

Size:

Measure the size according to the specification drawing.

1. Check with the technicians whether the silk screen, pad, positioning hole, and external dimension lamp data are consistent.

2. Test the reserved thickness of V-CUT according to the specification

3. Detection of deformation; standard: ≤ plate length×0.75%;

Test method: Place the PCB board on the platform, and measure the maximum gap between the PCB and the platform with a feeler gauge.

4. Use the corresponding terminal to insert the CON1 hole for inspection. If it can be easily accessed, it will pass the inspection.(Each terminal can only be installed ten times)

 

Exterior:

1. The same batch of materials cannot have the second state.

2. With reference to the sample, check whether the actual shape, size, color, etc. are consistent with the sample.

3. Check whether the material has defects such as cracks, cracks, deformation, paint peeling, dirt, etc. (so the threaded holes must not be blocked by foreign objects such as aluminum slag)

4. Check whether the material has any defects such as shrinkage, whitening, gas lines, foreign matter, drape, scratches, etc.

5. Check for defects such as surface scratches, foreign matter, pad oxidation, board edges, copper foil uplift, delamination, etc.

The criteria for determining defects are as follows:

-Scratch: Length≤2mm, width≤0.2mm, no substrate is exposed, no more than 2 places are acceptable.

-Foreign matter: a. Area ≤2mm2 less than or equal to 1 location; b. Area ≤1mm2 less than or equal to 2 locations and an interval of more than 2CM is acceptable.

-Phi front: higher than the plane ≤ 0.1mm, can be received in one place.

 

 

Performance:

1. Salt spray test: Put the sample on the salt spray test rack, use 5% NaCl + 95% distilled water, the PH value of the solution should be within 6.5 ~ 7.2, test for 48 hours.

Test frequency: Test each batch of 3 batches before the incoming material, if there is no abnormality, according to the same supplier, same material, different size once per month.

2. Tin-plating test: New materials are introduced, the first incoming material is 1 imposition and wave soldering, the tin should be good, no delamination, blistering, oil rejection and obvious discoloration; no abnormalities, follow-up incoming materials according to the same supplier Test on the same material once/month

3. Hundred grid test: Divide the surface to be tested into 100 grids with a side length of 1mm evenly with a 100 grid knife. After pressing the 3M tape tightly to the divided surface for at least 1 minute, quickly tear off the tape at an opposite direction of 45°, and repeat twice. Secondly, see if there is any paint falling off. (2pcs/LOT, if there is no abnormality for 3 consecutive months, once/month)

4. Alcohol resistance test: In the 60mm length range of the tested surface, wrap a 500g weight with two layers of cotton gauze and moisten it with alcohol, so that the gauze can fully absorb the alcohol. It is advisable to wipe the surface back and forth 10 times without dripping alcohol. No paint peeling off and no ink fading on the test surface is qualified. Safety Regulations:

1.Ball pressure test: Press the surface with a steel ball with a diameter of 5mm under a pressure of 20N for 1 hour at 125°C.

Test frequency: Test each batch of 3 batches before the incoming material, if there is no abnormality, according to the same supplier, different sizes once per month.

2.Glow-wire test: Enter the test surface with a 650℃ glow-wire for 30 seconds, remove the glow-wire for 30 seconds and then go out.

Test frequency: Test each batch of 3 batches before the incoming material, if there is no abnormality, according to the same supplier, different sizes once per month.

3.Needle flame test: The flame application time is 10S. After removal, the flame or heat of the test sample and surrounding parts can be extinguished by itself within 30S, and the surrounding parts are not completely burned and the paving layer is not ignited.

Test frequency: Same supplier, same material, different size once/month.

 

 

ROHS:
