Qualifications of inspectors for Led waterproof spotlights manufacturer lighting products inspection:
a. One year's work experience as a quality inspector.
b. After systematic education and training, at least 40 hours.
According to the inspection frequency every 2 hours, each time is not less than 10pcs.Semi-finished product testing is mainly divided into the following major items: Safety, Performance, Exterior & Craft.
Safety:
1. Poor safety regulations (high voltage/insulation resistance, etc. cannot meet the specified requirements, analysis of potential batch hazards need to stop the operation, occasional bad biotechnology, R&D, quality evaluation to continue production) the number of defects ≥ 1PCS found that the production line was stopped as soon as possible.
2. Poor structure (wrong casing, lamp cap, etc.; lamp cap pass and stop rules fail; lamp cap torque does not meet specifications) The number of defects ≥10 is found to stop the production line at the first time.
3. Whether it has passed the relevant certification (whether the EU has passed the CE certification and the United States has passed the UL certification) if the number of defectives ≥ 10, the production line will be stopped at the first time.
4. The cause of the power bomber is unknown, and the phenomenon is not stable. The number of defects ≥10PCS is found to stop the production line as soon as possible.
Performance:
1. Unexplained functional failures (dead lights, flashing lights), the number of defects ≥ 1PCS, the production line will be stopped as soon as it is discovered.
2. Unexplained functional abnormalities (power, luminous flux and other photoelectric parameters do not conform to specifications) The number of defectives ≥ 10% is found to stop the production line as soon as possible.
3. Pollution of lamp beads: The number of defects ≥ 1PCS is found to stop the production line as soon as possible.
Exterior:
1.Damaged (unexplained reasons: cracked plastic-clad aluminum radiator, cracked plastic parts, cracked plastic parts when screwing) The defective rate is more than 1%, and the production line will be stopped as soon as possible.

3. The defective rate of product appearance problems> 10%, the production line was stopped as soon as it was discovered.
Craft:
1. The trial production/mass production will be carried out at the same time, and the production will be stopped as soon as it is found. Violation of craftsmanship and rectification at the first time.
2. There is no work instruction on site (allowed: temporary handwritten signature, biotechnology, research and development approving prototype), no work documents, rectification every time.
3. Processing Method:
1. Shutdown: the processing of parts in the warehouse, online semi-finished products, and finished products in the warehouse needs to be traced; no machine: the batch (work order) product needs to be processed; rectification: effective improvement measures must be implemented before production.
2. When the IPQC finds that the above conditions are met, it will notify the PE and the line leader, and issue the "Stopping Notice" after the QC leader has signed the form to take effect.
3. PE responds to the specific measures of the line stoppage problem, and QC is responsible for resuming production after confirming that the countermeasures are effective.
4. QC is responsible for summarizing the shutdown accounts on a monthly basis and reporting to the quality/manufacturing/R&D department heads to seek improvement measures. The same problem has been stopped for more than 2 times and reported to the leader in charge.
