Our production testing is mainly divided into:
1. Incoming material inspection;
2. Semi-finished products testing;
3. Finished product inspection;
4. Shipping inspection and goods inspection.
Today we mainly introduce shipping inspection.
Why do I need to inspect the goods before shipping?
1. Check whether the supplier's goods meet the quality requirements stipulated in the corresponding national laws and regulations and relevant standards.
2. Avoid delays in delivery and product defects in a timely manner, and can take emergency and remedial measures at the first time.
3. Verify the quality and quantity of goods to avoid contract disputes.
4. Reduce or avoid consumer complaints, returns and loss of business reputation caused by receiving inferior products.
Inspection standards:
ADAYO lighting uses the national standard GB2828: National standard of the People's Republic of China "batch-by-batch inspection count sampling procedures and sampling standards" code The standard specifies the sampling plan and sampling procedures for the quality standard indicators of qualified quality level.
AQL: Acceptance Quality Limit (Previously known as: Qualified quality level), is the average dividing line between acceptable and non-acceptable processes.
Our inspection is divided into three kinds of goods:
Self-inspection: Generally, we will conduct self-inspection for each batch of goods. Self-inspection has our own standard and the standard entrusted by customers. Our standard is according to AQL standard for sampling and testing. The standard entrusted by the customer, according to the customer's requirements, all tests and inspection reports.
Customer inspection: Some customers will arrange their own inspectors to inspect the goods, and the inspectors will test and check according to their company standards and issue inspection reports.
Third-party inspection: Most of the brands will apply for third-party inspection agencies to inspect the goods, and the third-party agencies will inspect the goods and issue inspection reports according to the customer's requirements.
LED lights testing items are mainly as follows:
1. Check the order information / supplier inspection report
Check QA inspection report provided by the factory.
Product 12NC, model, order number, destination and quantity are consistent with the inspection application form.
The inspection results shall be passed.
2. Safety & Internal Check
2.1 (GB/CE) Hi-pot Test;
3700/0.5mA for class II, and 1500V for class I.
2.2 Grounding Test;
Current at least 10A, no-load voltage not exceeding 12V, loaded to the ground terminal and each touchable metal. Measure the resistance between the ground end and each touchable metal, cannot exceeding 0.5 ohm.
Grounding should ensure its continuity and permanence.
2.3 Internal Wire;
Not loose, not peeling off, etc.
3. Application Check
3.1 Waterproof test;
IPx3 All the above needs to be done, whether it meets the requirements.
3.2 Drop Test;
Drop test with outer box is needed.If there is no carton package (because the product is too big or too heavy), drop test required do it in separate boxes.
4. Function
4.1 Cable/socket;
All connections reliable.
4.2 Detachable adapter;
Plug and drive reassembled, normal function.
4.3 Lights up;
Normal function (normal voltage, consistent with the voltage label of ID label).
4.4 There are driver/ballast/transformer/adapter products;
Use 0.5 second speed switch 10 times, whether each time can be normally light up.
5. Self assembly the lamp body
5.1Install/disassemble with attached tools;
Easy to install/disassemble.
Screw head deformation/screw strip/paint.
Whether the lamp body is stable after installation.
6. Cosmetic
6.1 Carton/Gift-box damages;
6.2 Whether missing accessories;
6.3 Wiring position flying wire;
6.4 Rust/oxidation;
6.5 Deformation, pits, scratches, color differences, wrong colors, stains, impurities, glue stains, poor spraying, poor plating, or air bubbles.
7. Package

7.2 Dimension
The product actual size and color box logo size is consistent.
7.3 Marking/labeling
TPD-QUALITY SPECIFICATION.
7.4 Product sticker logo/logo, font height
7.4.1 National certification marks/marks and other symbols must not be less than 5mm;
7.4.2 All letters and Numbers must be no less than 2mm;
7.4.3 WEEE logo shall not be less than 7mm;
7.4.4 No less than 15mm electric shock hazard mark;
7.4.5 The product shall not be covered with thermal insulation material identification no less than 25mm*25mm;
7.4.6 The product is not suitable to be installed on the surface of ordinary combustible material with the mark no less than 25mm*25mm.
8. Label durability test
Rub 15s with a cloth soaked in water, leave to dry, then rub 15s with a cloth soaked in gasoline, and make visual inspection after durability test and thermal test.
After the test, the mark should be clear, the label is not easy to fall off and do not curl.
9. Adhesion test
Using adhesion tester or new art blade, during the scratch test, the blade plane is perpendicular to the surface of the specimen, the force is uniform, the speed is steady, and 4 scratches are cut vertically and vertically on the flat paint film to the surface of the substrate without shaking.Press with 3M adhesive paper for 2 minutes, then tear off the adhesive paper at a uniform speed, repeat 3 times.After the test, the coating should be clearly scratched, no serrated, small square integrity, no corner off.
10. Needle flame test
The test flame shall be applied to the part where the sample may have the highest temperature for 10s. The natural combustion time shall not exceed 30s after the flame is removed. Any combustor falling from the sample shall not ignite the lower part or lay horizontally on 200mm ± 5mm thin paper under the sample.

3. DC connector;
4. Terminal board;
5. Closed circuit terminal/nipple.
11. Glow-wire test
Test the sample with glow-wire. After leaving the glow-wire, any flame or spark should be extinguished within 30 seconds.
Parts to be tested:
1. The switch is 850℃;
2. Unsafe extra-low voltage terminal station at 850℃.
12.The ball pressure test
12.1 Ball pressure test standard: maximum indentation less than 2mm;
12.2 Parts to be tested;
12.3 The switch;
12.4 USB;
12.5 DC connector;
12.6 Terminal board;
12.7 Closed circuit terminal/nipple.
13. Impact test
Shock 3 times in the most vulnerable position possible. Special attention should be paid to the insulation material for shock protection and the insulation bushing. Another sample can be tested to determine the most vulnerable position. If there is any uncertainty, shock 3 times on the new sample.
14. Europe Label
14.1 There is CE mark in conformity with the standard on the outer box;
14.2 The model number on the ID sticker is nine digits, with a European address, and the CE meets the standard;
(C and E are equal in height, no less than 5mm, and the extension cord of the inner circle of C is tangent to the outer circle of E)
14.3 ID stickers and color boxes should have ""Made in China"" on them.
Inspection result determination:
The quality characteristics of the unit product does not meet the regulations, known as unqualified. Failure by quality characteristics indicate the importance of the quality of the unit product, or by the quality characteristics do not meet the severity of the classification, general failure is divided into: safety defects, Class A failure, Class B failure, Class C failure.
Safety defects: Also known as fatal defects (CR)
According to the judgment of the use of the product and maintenance personnel may lead to defects in personal and property hazards.
Class A nonconforming products: Also known as fatal defect (CR)
Defects that cause product failure or seriously reduce the function of the product in use and are unacceptable to the user.
Class B nonconforming products: Also called heavy defects (MAJ)
Make the product performance reduced, but for the general user can accept the defects.
Class C non-conforming products:also called mildly defective (MIN)
No effect on the use of the product function, is not fine manufacturing defects.
