Photometric test is adapted to all kinds of indoor lights, floodlighting fixtures, road lighting fixtures and various light sources of light distribution performance test. Generally we will test the lights in customer inspection, shipping and R&D sample light situation. In the production of LED downlights and spotlights, the distribution luminosity test is an essential test.
In the photometric test, the main optoelectronic parameters tested include spatial light intensity distribution curve, spatial isolight intensity curve, planar isoluminance curve, brightness limiting curve, utilization factor curve, glare level, brightness limiting curve, UGR Uniform Glare Value, effective luminous angle, beam angle, luminous flux ratio, total luminous flux of the light, effective luminous flux and electrical parameters of the luminaire, etc.
Our LED downlight for distribution luminosity test specific experimental procedures:
1. Turn on the AC variable frequency power supply and select the test control cabinet AC power supply or DC power supply according to the relevant parameters of the product.
2. Select the same power supply as the test control cabinet for turntable testing and turn on the power to the test control cabinet.
3. Turning on the CT4000 distribution photometer and light distribution performance test system power and turntable power on the test control cabinet.
4. Open the computer desktop photometric test software. Under the main menu, select "Operation", "System Control", turn the H-angle to 90 degrees and prepare to install the light.
5. Select a suitable fixture and install the fixture on the light to be tested.
6. Turn on the cross laser aligner on the wall and adjust the fixture so that its center is aligned with the cross.
7. Adjust the AC inverter power supply voltage according to the voltage requirements of the lights to be tested, and open the power output switch.
8. Under the main menu, click on Light Source Test and enter the test information.
9. Click to stabilize the light source for 60 minutes before the test and enter the stabilization window. Stability conditions: less than 0.5% fluctuation in luminosity within 30 minutes.
10. When the test is over, turn off the AC inverter power output switch and the test is complete.
In the LED downlight distribution luminosity test should pay attention to.
1. Weekly spot checks of homemade standard light fluxes and monitoring of the rate of change of light fluxes.
2. Once a month with the external calibration standard point check, monitor the distribution meter test distance whether there is a change, there is more than 1% need to re-calibrate the equipment.
After the photometric test is completed, we evaluate the light based on the test results. (The following chart is one part of the test report)
