Integrating sphere test is a test for Finished lamps, generally we will test the lamps in customer inspection, shipment, first part of production line and R&D samples. In the production of LED downlights and spotlights, the integrating sphere test is an essential test.
The integrating sphere mainly realizes the test of optoelectronic parameters for the steady state and transient of the light source. The main photoelectric parameters testing mainly include luminous flux, luminosity, relevant color temperature, color tolerance, relevant spectral distribution power, power factor, color rendering index, color purity, color coordinates, luminous efficiency, etc.
ADAYO lighting LED downlight for integrating sphere test experimental procedures specific are as below:
1. Select the voltage output method behind the test control cabinet according to the test sample input voltage. "WY power output" is DC voltage output, "VPS power output" is AC voltage output;
2. Turn on the power switch of "High Precision Rapid Spectroradiometer";
3. Select to turn on the output power switch on the control cabinet according to the selected power output voltage. DC selection of WY precision digital display DC current and voltage stabilization power supply, AC selection of VPS variable frequency AC power supply;
4. Turn on your computer and click on the desktop score ball test software;
5. Open the integrating sphere and load the sample to be tested, close the integrating sphere (Before sample testing, the sample needs to be lit for 30 minutes to stabilize the light source before testing);
6. Turn on VPS power output switch, intelligent power tester power switch;
7. In the open test software, according to the color temperature of the measured sample, check the color tolerance with the standard color temperature and then select the color temperature;
8. Click on "single measurement" and save the test results after the test is completed.
In the LED downlight integrating sphere test should pay attention to:
1. When testing, when the product input voltage is wide voltage, you need to test the relevant data of two voltage grades (For example: when the input voltage is 100V-240V, the test voltage is 100V each 240V respectively); When the product input voltage is narrow, test the relevant data for one voltage step (Such as: when the input voltage is 220V-240V, the test voltage is 230V).
2. Weekly measurement of the voltage at both ends of the test product with a multimeter to compare with the voltage displayed by the PF310 power meter is consistent (+/- 1.5V or less is normal).
3. Conduct weekly spot checks on the temperature inside the integrating sphere, test the temperature inside the sphere with a thermocouple, and compare the temperature sensor inside the integrating sphere for consistency (+/- 1.5℃ or less is normal).
After the Integrating Sphere test is completed, we will evaluate whether the luminaire meets the standards based on the test results.
