In the led spotlights indoor production site, we saw the operator first used PE bags to pack several led spotlights indoor products together, and sealed the bags with a sealing machine. Next, a few holes were inserted into the bags and placed into the infrared thermoplastic film packaging machine. After 30 seconds we saw that the PE film was wrapped tightly around the outer packaging of the product, which was very beautiful.
Thermoplastic machines, also known as heat shrink film packaging machines, are one of the more advanced packaging methods on the market. The shrink film is wrapped around the outside of the product or packaging and heated to make the shrink film wrap around the product or packaging, fully displaying the appearance of the item, improving the marketability of the product and increasing the aesthetics and value of the product. According to the feedback from the production line leader of the led spotlights on site, although such packaging is high-end and beautiful, it is also relatively costly and currently requires three additional jobs to operate using such packaging. The production manager Lai said that this type of packaging has some high-end customer demand and is one of the necessary packaging to increase the value of the product and enter the high-end market.
