The day before yesterday, it was time for the annual SNI audit of the P customer. In the past, the Indonesian SNI audit agency came to ADAYO lighting for on-site audits, but due to the epidemic, the factory audits were changed to video audits. On July 13, the SNI factory audit organization conducted a factory audit meeting with us through MST remote audit.
The factory audit is mainly divided into two days.
First day morning, the theme of the conference mainly revolves around Opening Meeting, Organization Representative and Design and Development (R&D). Among them, the organization representative is mainly about Context of the Organization, Management Review, Internal Audit, Customer complaints, Control of documented information, Actions to address risks and opportunities.
First day afternoon, the content of factory audit is about product realization, purchasing process & information, HRD. Product realization also about quality plan, control and monitoring of production, production records of the applied models, control of non-conforming product, control of incoming material, in-process inspection, outgoing inspection selection & evaluation of supplier.
In 14th July morning, the theme is mainly about product realization, maintenance, calibration and ware house activities for material & final product. In the afternoon, sampling, evaluation, testing of product and reporting is the review process.
