As a listed corporation, ADAYO lighting has reached cooperation with various universities every year to provide internship opportunities for university students. And recent, students from Hunan Jiangyong Vocational Technical School has come to ADAYO lighting for a one-year internship.
Yesterday, ADAYO lighting held an employee symposium as scheduled, which is to understand the work and life of employees. The employees participating are mainly the students from Hunan Jiangyong Vocational Technical School.
Mr. Nie, the teacher of Hunan Jiangyong Vocational School, express gratitude to our manufacturing department and personnel department for organizing the symposium and gave some suggestions to the students:
1. To overcome difficulties. Take one step at a time, settle down, and do your work well. To accommodate others and respect others.
2. Learn to get along with others, learn to speak, and be grateful.
3. Be diligent and thrifty, be filial to your parents, and be grateful to your parents.
After the teacher’s speaking, the monitor's said that there are no obstacles in the world, and we must persist in overcoming difficulties.
And then Manager Lai of Manufacturing Department asked the students are there any difficulties in work and life, and is any improvement of that. Besides, he hope everyone can improve themselves and competent for more and more difficult positions.
The young students express their thoughts and give some suggestions since their work.
A young girl from the lighting workshop, she said that everything here is fine, the workload is acceptable, except for the group leader who is a bit fierce.
Zhou xun, the boy was from the appearance test, said that he feel good in here. Sometimes it will be very busy, but sometimes it will be relatively not so busy, which is generally acceptable. He own work is also done very well, and have not received customer complaints.
The symposium ended prefect with a talent show by the students, three students from packaging, driver and lighting work line sing the song “Jiangnan”.
